Just got it.  We are obviously connected to the net (yay)  but can't login to homewifi.mediacomcable.com.  We did for a few minutes, but now can't log BACK in.

It says invalid email and password.  I asked to reset - nothing yet.

Error
Login Failure

Invalid Username or Password

Because you changed modems, we have to build the HNM into it. I am submitting a ticket to our Tier 2 department to do this now.

MediacomTim, Phone Support got the problem resolved today.  PLEASE don't change anything but thanks for your help!

I will let Tim know, thanks for the update.  I've notified Tier 2 as well so nothing will be changed.  If there is anything else that we can do, please let us know!
