Cable needs buried

Hi,

I have petition for internet in my area and finally get internet last year.  However the cable has been going thru my backyard unburied due to a construction messed up.
The local office told me they will be bury it soon.  Well it has been 1 year and  4 months now and I wonder when they will bury the cable, because I plan to do some landscaping for my yard and I don't want to pour cement over the cable line.

Good morning raven831!  We show here that the line needing buried is a main line and not the drop line and has been referred to construction to be buried.  Has the bury crew been out for this?

No, no one have contacted me for buring the line yet.
About half year ago they told me the same thing about getting a construction to bury it, but to this day they haven't give me a day.
I'll go ahead and give you my phone.

Thank you for letting us know!  This won't likely require anyone to be home- since the line is freely accessible.  I've directed this to field management so that we can notify construction of the mainline and get a special order processed to have this buried.  As we receive further feedback, we'll post updates here.

Is there any update on the status? By the way, the line is going across my backyard even though it come from the outside.

The order for burial has been given to our construction teams for completion.  I have asked for a status update and an expected completion time, as this has been above ground for far too long.  I've included the Area Director on this request, and we will follow-up here once we've received further feedback.

Hi,

Last week I notice that there are construction for cables outside, and at the end of that day the cable box in front of my house is left uncovered.
However, the cable line still going thru my backyard and up until today it's still there and the cable box is still uncover.

They might need to come back and finish the job.

it's orange cable that connect from a cable box that is at the side of my house, go across my backyard then go into the cable box in front of my house
