New customer here in Tifton, Georgia and I've already noticed a trend that I'm not excited about. I have a technician scheduled to come out on 2/25/11, but based on what I've been reading I'm not optimistic that the issue will be resolved. My problem is currently sub par download speeds during peak hours 4pm-12am. I am currently provisioned for 20 mbps but only receive 1-3 mbps during these times, sometimes even less. Everyday I've had service this has been the case. Fine in the morning when everyone is busy at work, but as soon as the backbone starts getting a moderate load the download speed plummets, often surpassed by upload speeds. What's the fix for this, I'd like some reassurance before my 30 days are up. I don't want to be in a 2 year lock with this type of performance.
