But Tom read through this thread, I've heard this for an entire year. Date has come and gone so many times. I understand that it will probably never be fixed, but I have really tried to keep an open mind and keep this thread somewhat updated for others to see. So until I move and am no longer a mediacom customer I will continue to post my concerns, frustrations, and findings right here on this thread. This isn't something I've been quibbling about for a few weeks....this has moved into a year of promised fixes and ordered parts that never come to fruition. I'm resigned to the fact that this is as good as it gets. If had any, ANY, other option for broadband internet I would absolutely have taken that path. I've been a lot more fortunate than others because I had the luxury of not paying for service until it was fixed, but it appears that luxury has up and vanished. I can only imagine the frustration from people who have been in my shoes and actually had to pay for this shoddy service.
