Currently your modem is reporting online and signals look healthy. Are you able to find the name of your wireless network when looking at the lists of wireless networks on your laptop? You can access your wireless settings by going to (http://homewifi.mediacomcable.com
) and your username is your Mediacom email address and Passphrase is the MAC address off your modem (All lowercase). Since you do not know your Mediacom email address we would need to speak with you over the phone. You can either contact us 24/7 at 866-452-4747 or we can have an agent contact you.
