I would lose the service in a heartbeat if there were any other option. I am sick of the yearly promotional lunacy they make me go through. Why can't I simply have a reasonably priced bill? Instead the bill shoots up to $200+ and I have to call for the promotion. That is just the start. Mediacom wants me to pay(basically a car payment) each month for what? I bet I have called 10 times over the past year. The same old song and dance....we will send someone between 8-12 or whatever. I lose money everytime I have to wait for these fools to show up. Just give me a spefic time. The last time I asked them to call my cell so I could get there asap. Did that happen. Nope they called the house, left no number, and closed the ticket....Jeez!The last two techicians did the same thing anyway. Replaced the ends on the cables on everything in house. What, the first time was not good enough. My second box freaks out once a week and I have to power it off. So what did I do....I bought a Tivo...called Mediacom on the weekend. They told me I need a multistream card....just go to the main office and they will give me on. No biggie...RIIIIIGGGGHHHT. I take of work to go and get this card. Drive past 3 trucks in the parking lot....Guess what...... they can't just hand me one. I have to have a tech come the house. WTF!!!!!!This is just not people need to be treated. These rapists take our money and give nothing but lies, deception, and terrible service. The day an alternative is available I am done with this jackassery. I will take my ball and go play eslewhere...Until then heres hoping that the CEO gets a flat tire, misses his kids ballgame, forgets to his anniversary, and catches a cold!!!!!!!!
